REBLOG: Beyond burkinis: why science suggests ALL clothes should be banned.
All a bit tongue in cheek… or is it? Naturists might celebrate this piece as as credo for “all naked, all the time,” but the author points out how the prominence clothing does serve in establishing world order, explicitly and implicitly. I’ve disputed the notion that “clothing strips us of our differences,” but this piece throws an interesting new twist on that entire discussion.

Interesting approach…. Yeah…..don’t think so. Don’t get me wrong. I adore being nude. Best. Thing. Ever. Wish I could do it more often and more places. But, that said, and likely in opposition to many of my nudie brothers and sisters, I don’t want to be nude 24/7, everywhere, any time, any place. I just want a bit more freedom and opportunity. For now, I’ll keep my clothes. So, not a supporter of banning clothes. Sorry. After all, everything has its time and place. 😉
